Johnson and Johnson has recalled all infant Tylenol from stores in the United States. The recall comes after complaints that the new design of the bottle was flawed. The bottle was supposed to have a protective cover to limit the amount of medicine drawn into the syringe. Instead, the protective cover was pushed into the bottle of medicine.

If you have any concerns regarding the recall of infant Tylenol, please contact your doctor to schedule an appointment.
