Beginning Monday, January 6, 2020, you will be able to make a payment directly on our patient portal, MyKids Chart. Currently on the portal, you can view your account balance as well as a complete health information summary for each child in your care, including: Most recent physical date Upcoming appointments Historical visits A summary of labs and medical tests A problem list, allergy

We will be open for a special Saturday wellness clinic on August 18th from 8 am to 3 pm. Our medical staff will be offering the following services to get your kids back-to-school ready: Sports Physicals Please note, private commercial insurances do not cover sports physicals. There is a $35 fee for a sports physical that occurs outside of your child’s annual wellness exam.
